Maka Poke is a fast-casual restaurant serving fresh and healthy sea food called Poke.  Poke is a raw fish salad served as an appetizer or meal in Hawaiian cuisine.  The concept is to create poke with diverse spices and flavors around the world, analogous to the melting pot of cultures in Southern California.  We believe that when food made with skill and integrity collide with different cultures, it creates great dishes.
